weather update

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING for:
Huron - Perth
THIS IS A WARNING THAT SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE IMMINENT OR OCCURRING IN THESE REGIONS. REMEMBER SOME SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE TORNADOES..LISTEN FOR UPDATED WARNINGS. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ONTARIO RECOMMENDS TAKING COVER IMMEDIATELY WHEN THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES.

AT 9;40 AM RADAR SHOWS A LINE OF STRONG TO LOCALLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM SOUTHERN LAKE HURON INTO SOUTHERN GREY COUNTY. THIS LINE OF STORMS IS SLOWLY EASTWARD AND IS ALSO DEVELOPING SOUTHWARD. THE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO REACH NORTHWESTERN PO RTIONS OF HURON COUNTY BETWEEN 10 AND 10:30 AM. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 90 KM/H ARE ASSOCIATED WITH SOME OF THESE STORMS.
